Shipping fees are non-refundable. While I will do all within my power to ensure that my creations are securely packed and safely transportable, please understand that I am not liable or responsible for your package, in any way, once it leaves my hands, nor am I responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure that your shipping information and address are correct at checkout. If your package is returned to us unopened, we will attempt to contact you. If you would like the package to be re-shipped, this can be done at YOUR cost. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, I will refund your purchase (minus shipping) and re-list the item(s) in my shop.
I put a lot of time and love into each of my creations and my work is crafted and packaged with the utmost care in regards to durability and protection. However, accidents do happen and I understand that the postal service is not necessarily known for being gentle. That said, if you have any problems with your order or if you find your package has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (be sure to include your order number and photos of any damage and packaging issues) so that we may work together to find a solution and take the appropriate action.
If you are interested in returning damaged items to the artist for repairs, please contact us with a detailed description and photos of the damage and we will work together to come up with a solution.
Please keep in mind that, due to their one-of-a-kind and handmade nature, my unique creations may display slight imperfections. Imperfections do not equal damage.
I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.
Please unpack carefully and retain all original packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
I do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on completed commissions or custom works. Commissioners are given many opportunities during the commission process to confirm the development of the piece and request changes as desired; therefore, all sales of commissions and customs are final.
Please review all provided information on my commission pages and in my terms of service prior to requesting a commission, and make your custom requests with this information in mind.
I do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on plush creations. All sales of plush adoptables are final. Please review all information provided prior to purchasing, and shop with this in mind.
If your plush creation is damaged: Dirt or discoloration can usually be carefully cleaned, and small rips or loose seams can usually be mended by a steady hand and some light stitching. If you find the damage to your plush is more extensive than a simple clean up or patch up, or if you have a poseable that is broken, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging so that we may work together to take the appropriate action.
I do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on printed products. This refers to products that I did not create, but that have my artwork printed upon them. All sales of printed products are final. Please review all information provided prior to purchasing, and shop with this in mind.
