Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are non-refundable. While I will do all within my power to ensure that my creations are securely packed and safely transportable, please understand that I am not liable or responsible for your package, in any way, once it leaves my hands, nor am I responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Please ensure that your address and shipping information are correct at checkout! It is also VITAL that you make sure your email address is correct AND working! If this information is not correct, I will be unable to send you order confirmations, shipping notifications, tracking numbers, estimated delivery dates, or be able to contact you in the event of a problem.

SHIPPING COSTS

Depending on the product(s) ordered, items will be shipped with tracking via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Flat Rate, or USPS Ground Advantage. For shop items, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the combined size and weight of the order, and the package destination.

INSURANCE

The USPS automatically offers a certain amount of insurance for many of its package delivery services. For more information about this, please see the USPS Insurance Services. Please note, however, that additional insurance is not being offered at this time unless expressly requested. My research has shown that this is, more often than not, a time consuming and ineffective process to get approved, and it is not worth the headache for either of us.

TRACKING

You can track your package on the USPS website using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email. Please note that tracking information may not show up right away, and may not be available at all for international buyers once the package has left the United States.

TURNAROUND

With the exception of pre-orders, commissions/customs, and certain prints/dropship products, items typically ship out within 5-7 business days of purchase, to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your address and shipping information are correct at checkout! If you need me to update an accidental incorrect address, you MUST contact me immediately after purchasing with your order number and details. I cannot change an address on a package that has already been shipped.

Packages typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, but can be upwards of 8 weeks for international buyers. If an estimated date of delivery is provided upon shipping, it will be shared with you in your shipping notification email. If your package is running late, please call your local post office and have your name and tracking number on hand! It is your responsibility to make sure your packages are being delivered to a safe address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the additional complexities of shipping outside the country, I am currently only considering international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Buyers interested in shipping outside of the United States should please contact me prior to making a purchase. International buyers please note that I am unable to ship to locations included in current shipping suspensions. Please check the USPS website for a current list of these countries and full details to see if this applies to you. I am sorry about the inconvenience, but this is completely out of my hands.

International buyers please also be aware that YOU are responsible for any additional customs fees/tariffs/taxes that your country requires to complete delivery. These fees and subsequent delivery delays vary depending on location. I absolutely will NOT falsify information on federal documents just so you can avoid paying customs fees. It is illegal, and I refuse to put myself, my business, and my customers at risk.
